How Do I Win?

The participant who owns the square that represents the score at the end of each quarter during the Super Bowl will WIN. There are 3 win types (Quarter, Reverse, Neighbor). Each quarter has up to 6 winners (4 qtrs x 6 winners) for a total of up to 24 winners. One square can win multiple times.

Ways to win:

If the score at the end of the 3rd quarter is 8 (AFC team) – 36 (NFC team), the person who has the square in column “8”, row “6” will WIN.

  • Quarter – the square corresponding to the last digit for each quarter score.
  • Reverse – the square corresponding to reverse of the quarter score.
  • Neighbor – the squares touching the “Quarter” winner on the top, bottom, left, right. If the winner is on the edge or corner, the neighbor winner is on the opposite side of the grid.

Example:

Below is from the GFA SBP2014(M). This is from the 3rd Quarter (Seahawks “36” vs. Broncos “8”). The winning #s for this quarter are “8” for the Broncos, and “6” for the Seahawks (8-6). The intersection of “8” & “6” is the Quarter winner. If you flip the winning numbers, this is the Reverse winner. They have the correct combination, but just in the wrong order. The four squares surrounding the Quarter winner (North, East, South, West) are the Neighbor winners.
